Jerk Lamb Kebab

Little Brixton’s jerk seasoning makes for a great lamb marinade. Today, we experimented with jerk lamb kebabs and the results were fantastic! And some thing this good needs to be shared. It’s really easy to make. Simply marinade diced lamb, skew and cook on the BBQ or in the oven. Full of amazing flavour….a juicy and tasty combo!

Serves 4
500g lamb cut into pieces
Little Brixton Jerk Marinade
Tabouli salad
Lettuce, onion, tomato
Garlic aoli

Method
1. Marinade pieces of lamb in 4 tablespoons of Little Brixton Jerk Marinade for a minimum of 4 hours (ideally overnight)
2. Skewer lamb pieces and cook in the oven or on the BBQ until cooked
3. Meanwhile lay pita down and top with tabouli, lettuce, onion, tomato and garlic aioli
4. Remove lamb from the skewer and place on top of the salad. Then roll up to create your wrap. Serve immediately
