How to make the perfect Jerk Porterhouse steak

1. Start by marinating your Porterhouse steak in the Little Brixton Jerk Marinade. Let it marinate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

2. Preheat your grill to high heat. Sear the steak on each side for about 4-5 minutes to get a nice crust, longer if you have thicker cuts.

3. Lower the heat to medium and continue cooking the steak until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to perfection.

4. IMPORTANT - Let the steak rest for a 5 - 7 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicy steak.
