Pan Fried Pork Sizzle Steak with Green Beans
This recipe will take less time than it takes to cook your rice!
Ingredients
6 - 8 slices of Pork sizzle steak
400g green beans
2 heaped tbs of Little Brixton Marinade
1 chopped spring onion
6 - 8 slices of Pork sizzle steak
400g green beans
2 heaped tbs of Little Brixton Marinade
1 chopped spring onion
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
Long grain rice of your choice
Method
1. Chop sizzle steak into thin slices
2. Marinade with Little Brixton Jerk Marinade
3. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours
4. take out 20 minutes before cooking to allow pork to get to room temperature
5. Heat oil in frying pan to a medium to high heat
6. Start frying the pork in the pan for a minute
7. Add green beans
8. Cook pork through
9. Serve with a long grain rice of your choice
10. spring onions to garnish
